Timothy Schug, Alpha Epsilon (Illinois Institute of Technology) '07

Brother Schug pledged the Fraternity in his fourth year at Illinois Institute of Technology. He went on to serve in various offices within the Chapter, including the positions of Alpha, Pi and Upsilon. He graduated from IIT in 2007 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, concentrating in construction management and in 2012 earned a Master of Information Technology and Management, concentrating in management information systems. During the time after his undergraduate career, Tim served the Alpha Epsilon Chapter as a Resident Advisor, while volunteering at an international level as a recurring facilitator at Men of Honor, co-chair of the Scepter Mentoring program, and Director of Volunteer Recruitment.

Administrative Assistant
Deborah J. Kurynny

Deb started her long association with Phi Kappa Sigma in September 1988. She has beensupported by 4 Executive Directors, 7 Grand Alphas, 8 Director of Chapter Services and numerous Assistant Directors/Educational Consultants.Deb and her husband, Vic, a Phi Kap with the Gamma Beta Chapter at Drexel University, celebrated 34 years of marriage on July 21. They have three children: Justin, 30, a Senior Systems Engineer in Portland, Oregon; Austin, 27, a self-employed Personal Trainer; and Lara, 26, is pursuing a BA at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago, IL. Deb, Vic, and Austin live in Phoenixville, PA. Deb's interests include reading, music, gardening, traveling, and cooking.

Mark Logsdon, Beta Eta (University of North Texas) '12


Mark graduated in August 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History. Mark served his chapter in many aspects from community service chair to president for 2 consecutive years. During that time, he also represented his chapter and his IFC community by holding the position of IFC Vice President of Risk Management, IFC President, and the IFC Vice President of Administration. Mark enjoys working out and reading.

Kristopher Nerl, Delta Rho (Ursinus College) '12

Since completing an internship at HQ in the summer of 2010, Kristof has continued to work part time on staff while completing his B.A. in Environmental Studies & Politics from Ursinus College. His hobbies include boating, football, ultimate frisbee, and the occasional glass of quality bourbon.

Educational Consultant
Orion Pelausa, Delta Upsilon (Virginia Commonwealth University) '12

Orion is a Founding Father of the Delta Upsilon Chapter at VCU, and held several Officer Positions. While active with his Chapter, Orion served as Beta, Alpha, Delta (Recruitment Chair), Upsilon, and Iota. Orion was also heavily involved with the Alexandrian Society, a student-run Historical Organization at VCU. Orion holds a B.A. in History, with emphasis on Atlantic World History. Orion enjoys traveling, going to concerts, movies, and music.

Educational Consultant
Ronald Stranix, Delta Rho (Ursinus College) '12

Ron recently graduated with a BA in Media and Communication Studies from Ursinus College.  Other than being an active brother of Delta Rho since 2010, Ron served as the Ursinus Student Government Social Chair as well as a UC Ambassador for two years.  Ron enjoys music, movies, watching sports and spending time with his Phi Kap brothers from chapters all across the country.
